HID Ultraviolet is a vertically integrated manufacturer.
We design and build all of our equipment in the USA. Our team of engineers use virtual rapid prototyping which makes it easier and faster for us to add improvements and customer suggested changes and enables us to proceed quickly from initial idea to production.

Our factory brings in raw materials such as steel, aluminum, plastic, wire, and electronic components. We punch, cut, bend, machine, clean, finish, and paint our metal parts and mold and finish our plastic parts in-house. We build our own circuit boards and wind our own power transformers. Our high level of integration enables us to control both quality and costs to produce the most cost-eff ective, reliable, best-built UV curing equipment in the world.
We have a clean, safe, and modern factory environment where every employee in the company at every level is empowered and encouraged to suggest improvements to both our processes and equipment.
Any of our employees can stop production if they discover any quality or safety problems. We haven’t had a singlelost time injury or incident since our company was founded.

We recycle over 90% of our manufacturing waste and use energy and material efficient manufacturing processes with modern equipment which is mostly powered by locally generated solar power.
HID gives back through donations of labor, capital, and other resources to both industry associations and charitable organizations.
