HID Ultraviolet offers a range of innovative UV curing equipment
Our equipemnt is suitable for all surfaces from a sixteen square foot concrete countertop to hundreds of thousands of square feet in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
The same equipment can be used for UV curable coatings on concrete, wood, vinyl composite tile, or any other surface imaginable.
All models can be ordered for use worldwide. Models include:
- MAKO handheld series of 1200 watt lightweight portable machines suitable for curing countertops, trim, stairs, tiles, showers, and any other non-fl oor surface. Straight and T-handle models are both available.
- BULLDOG floor machines are available in 1700 watt machines suitable for water-borne coatings typically used on wood and VCT and 3000 watt models suitable for 100% solids coatings typically used on concrete. The standard model is self-propelled and a lite version which has to be pushed by the operator is also available. Self-propelled models include a curing speed indicator and are suitable for curing several thousand square feet in a day.
- HAMMERHEAD series is the largest portable machine in the industry with both 8,000 and 10,000 watt models available. This formidable machine makes quick work of curing huge areas with 100% solids coatings.
